Three property companies belonging to C&D Real Estate Group & Lianfa Group were awarded A-grade credit rating

Recently, the Xiamen Municipal Construction Bureau unveiled the outcomes of the 2022 annual credit rating for property service enterprises within the city. Among the 615 property service companies in the city, a total of 39 companies have been rated as A-grade in terms of credit rating.
Among them, Yijia Garden (Xiamen) Property Management Co., Ltd. and Huijia (Xiamen) Property Management Co., Ltd., subsidiaries of C&D Real Estate Group, as well as Xiamen Lianfa (Group) Property Service Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Lianfa Group, have been awarded an A-grade credit rating for their high-quality services.
